Synchronised Event Calendar

One of our most exciting features is the automated synchronised calendar. This feature revolves around a customisable structure that shows all upcoming events for your organisation. Alongside its tailor made structure, this calendar will also hold all of the organisation's events with a colour coding system to differentiate between gender, team and event type. This allows the calendar to be filtered, giving the user the ability to view only the specific events they requested. Furthermore, the calendar will be automatically updated as soon as an event has been created.

Simple Member Management

One of the key features will be for member management, a dynamic database containing all of the key information for any member in an organisation. This can be tailored differently for any organisation, with the visibility of the page and the ability to have certain user privileges limiting the view of any sensitive data. The database will consist of rows containing all associated information for each member, this information can then be filtered to give visibility of desired members. It also has the capability to show permanent tabs that can give quick access to viewing important data, such as members who owe money.

Automated and Transparent Financial Tracking

A struggle a lot of organisations face is the management of their transactions. We aim to reduce the stress surrounding this problem with our simple, yet effective, payment system. All users will be provided access to the Store page, here they can select any of the predefined products. Once a product has been purchased, such as membership fee, match fee or merchandise, this payment is then tracked. Each member of the club will automatically have all of their transactions and any outstanding payments tied to their account. Therefore, it is easy for any member with the correct privileges to see who has paid and who still owes money. Further functionality allows automated notifications to be sent to selected members, with the frequency and content of the notifications decided by the organisation.

Effective Event Creation and Management

Using our simple event tool, organisations are able to create as many customisable events, with as much detail as they desire. These events can be set up to reoccur at the will of the organiser with the ability to edit this frequency with just a few clicks. The system is developed to allow key members of the organisation to set up events containing all of the information that is needed, from exact Google Maps locations to a dynamic date and time. Once an event has been set up, then any person who is attending can add a comment, resulting in an attached communication thread for all to see. Furthermore, the system will possess a history of all completed events, so any information from previous events will be easily accessible.

Team/Group creation

A key part of organising most clubs is the management of the various teams. We aim to make this process as easy as possible by creating a simplified space where all team related information is represented. The ability to set up and define the key teams within the organisation gives the members a clear representation of how the organisation is being run and minimises confusion. A further advantage of subdividing the members of the club into their various teams is that the communication between organiser and member is streamlined. Instead of the organiser adding each individual player into a complex group chat, they have the ability to message everyone associated with a certain team with the click of a button. The people in this team will also be notified regarding any event that is created for that team.

One of the most desired features in any organisational software is a messaging page, a place where questions can be asked and events can be organised without the need for any additional services. Not only do we possess such a feature, where players and organisers can speak freely but we can also set up automated notifications tailored to the needs of the organisation. This means that any form of communication that an organisation requires to better manage itself and minimise confusion can take place using our system.

Personalised Member Profiles

This feature will allow each member the ability to personalise their account whilst showing a simplistic and clean profile page. This page will consist of the information associated with each member, including, profile picture, name, club role, contact information and a small biography explaining a bit more about that member. The information shown in this section can be made mandatory or not depending on preferences of the organisation.
